Questions with answers provided for the SIA cabin crew interview.


The following were some of the questions asked at previous SIA cabin crew interviews. A few of the wannabes emailed me and asked me to help them with the answers. One stated she was booted out of the interview as she felt she had given an unsatisfactory answer.

Q :  A passenger complains that your fellow colleague does not smile when serving him. He also comments that the standard of SIA has dropped. What would you do in this situation?
Her  Answer : I have no idea how to answer this. this question caused me to be booted out from the round.                          

 Q : A passenger demanded that you upgrade him to a higher class , what would you do ?
Her  Answer : I don't know how to answer this.

Q : One of the passenger demanded a window seat but the flight is full. What would you do?
Her Answer : I would ask for the other passengers seated at the window seat if they would want to change seats with the passenger who demanded the window seat? If there is no one who wants to change how?

 Q : A passenger tells you he wants to sleep and not want his meal , what must you do?
Her  Answer : Don't serve him the food and let him sleep?
